Siderise NPC60 firefloor systems
NPC60 Firefloor Systems provide a simple, reliable, and cost-effective solution for enhancing the fire resistance of timber floor compartments in both new-build and refurbishment projects. The system uses close-dimensioned lamella insulation slabs, manufactured from a pre-compressed mineral fibre core with integral Class 0 aluminium foil facings. These foil facings act as an effective smoke barrier, helping to limit smoke spread in the event of a fire.
Safety right under your feet
The Firefloor slabs are supplied in sheet form and can be easily cut on site to fit neatly between timber joists. Installation is quick and straightforward: the slabs are supported by simple fixing brackets, nailed directly to the joists, providing secure and reliable support with minimal disruption.
Four system options are available, allowing the correct solution to be selected based on:
- The type of ceiling installed beneath the floor
- The joist spacing (centres)
This flexibility ensures optimal performance across a wide range of construction scenarios.
Siderise CW-FS Firestops for curtain walling
Siderise CW-FS Perimeter Barriers and Firestops are high-performance fire protection solutions designed specifically for curtain walling applications. Using a unique manufacturing process, these firestops deliver resilient lateral compression, enabling fast installation, a consistently tight fit, and enhanced long-term fire integrity. Each CW-FS product is manufactured as a one-piece firestop system with a pre-compressed, non-combustible stone wool core. Integral aluminium foil facings provide an overall Euroclass A1 fire rating (EN 13501-1) and excellent smoke resistance, making the system suitable for high-risk façade zones.
The Siderise CW-FS range offers tested fire resistance ratings from 30 minutes up to 3 hours and can accommodate void widths of up to 600 mm, ensuring flexibility across a wide range of façade designs.
In addition to preventing the spread of fire and smoke, Siderise CW-FS firestops also act as an effective acoustic barrier and plenum lining, contributing to both safety and comfort within the building envelope.

Siderise CW-FB Curtain Wall Fireboard
Sidederise CW-FB Curtain Wall Fireboard is a high-density stone wool board engineered to provide effective structural fire protection within curtain wall façade systems.
The fireboard is designed for use as part of a complete perimeter barrier firestop and spandrel zone protection system in non-fire-rated aluminium curtain wall façades. It helps protect the critical spandrel area between floor slabs and the external façade, limiting the spread of fire and smoke between building levels.
Siderise CW-FB can be installed in combination with Siderise CW-FS perimeter barrier and firestop systems. These products have been jointly tested with non-fire-rated aluminium curtain wall assemblies to deliver high levels of fire-resistance performance within the curtain wall spandrel zone.
